Source of Title Forums: INDEPENDENT SETTLEMENT SERVICES

Has anyone ever heard of them, or done any work for them? The first thing that comes up when you click on vendor registration, is to enter your social security number. I want to make sure this company is legit and not a shell to just obtain your personal data. Thank you!
