As a side note on Jim Ashley's earlier post about needing a template, it's easy to make typeable forms. I don't have a the full version of Adobe because it's too big, too expensive, and just all around too much for my business. However, using the pro version of CutePDF works like a charm (and is very inexpensive). They have a "forms" function that will allow you to take a pdf of your own worksheets and convert it. It makes typing into them a breeze because you just have to tab between fields. (BTW, we use Cute instead of adobe for everything. Its "append" function is streamlined and I can attach copies quickly and then rearrange them in seconds. We've been paperless for years because of the ease of CutePDF.)
Because I'm a good typist, I can type an order literally twice as quickly (and a WHOLE lot more neatly) than write it.
