I have repeated people contact me on the side because they are afraid to post n SOT. I thought this website was supposed to help in title questions. Instead you get these same old worn out tired people responding in a nasty way. 

Why not try and respond to questions with some useful information. Pointing out you Nils for same answer you give, check search messages and Abstractor watchdog. If you have no information on the company, just don't post anything.

Abstractors Watchdog cost money and is a worthless site. You can't ascertain any kind of useful information from there.  When I ask about a company fresh and new information is useful not the old messages.
