Why are so many companies afraid of commercial properties, sometimes they are straight forward, sometimes they can be messy.
I have had a few title abstracting companies tell me they couldn't do a search because it was commercial. When is it okay to turn away a client? Especially when its the first time they've ordered from your company. Not very good at leaving a good impression.
Does anyone know of a Title abstracting company who covers almost every count yin the U.S.?
Also I think they should pay someone to monitor and clean up this website, test out phone numbers and e-mails and require every company to have a website or listing. Even independents can have a web page if they are seriously committed to the business.
