I too, deal with some companies from India, but not at those hideous prices. And the companies I do produce for pay me well and in a timely manner.

For those companies that would utilize this woman, or some identical to her's at those prices...they get what they pay for. Just like anyone in the states that needs "technical support", (we have all been there), if they cannot converse in the spoken language, it's even worse literal.

The english language is, I've been told, one of the hardest to get a complete grasp on. I would not let this ruffle your feathers.
