We are group of investors from california that buy real estate at the tax sale on going basis accross the united states we are urgently seeking tilte abstractor for oakland county michigan for a tax sale comming up

We are seeking for a title abstractor that can understand Tax deeds what are the list of things we have to check to get a clear title and do a title search name all the list of things needed to do title search to make sure that the title has no liens , i am looking to buy a real estate properties from a tax auction sale in oakland county from michigan state

I need advice on what i should be looking for to ensure no liens on the title

What i have done already

I have gone and searched the oakland county of michigan state public records and looked at mortgage tax deed but i dont know know how to check for liens on the title and also i don't know how to see a clear chain of title
