Thanks to some pointed questions from American Insurance Professionals out of Phoenix (I believe that's the company Robert uses/recommends, too) and because they have partnered with a new carrier, my rates went down by a significant amount. I had no idea how important it was to accurately relay what percentage of work we do is commercial. By running the numbers, I dropped the percentage by over 10% and that caused a drop in the rates.
Everyone, please be sure to shop around and work with people who have been insuring our line of work for a significant amount of time. By doing their homework and asking the right questions, they have really helped me out.
