We are currently seeking a Title Examiner to process O&E orders.
 
Responsibilities for the Title Examiner position:

• Examines chain of Title for Residential properties
• Performs title examination of easy and/or moderate title orders requiring a moderate level of expertise.
• Examines the chain of title for orders of limited complexity.
• Prepares ownership and encumbrance reports.

 
Skills:

• Detail Oriented, Analytical Ability, Problem Solving, Customer Service Orientation.
• 1-3 years title/ related real estate.

Compensation:

• Negotiable salary based on experience.
