Hi: I have been lurking on this page for a while and finally decided to just post! I have been doing oil and gas title, 160 year full title all documents, including mortgages, searches for the last 5 years and was hoping to get into doing some real estate title as well. Any suggestions on how to get my foot in the door for contract work would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!
