Every once in a while I see a deed that stops me in my tracks. This one absolutely made my day. (names have been changed to protect the innocent)
"Know all men by these presents that we Anne Smith, a deceased person, Robert Smith and Elizabeth Smith grant with quitclaim covenants to Robert Smith and Elizabeth Smith, h/w t/e...etc"
This was a very interesting attempt to correct a prior deed that was also somewhat wrong.
I didn't spot an actual signature by the deceased Anne Smith, but possibly she signed with ectoplasm.
