Here's a title report tool.  That has been developed and in use for quite a while.  If you'd like to save time and make your title reports look nice.  You may want to try it.  The following is a screen shot of a Title Report form, with your input it would immediately generate a PDF title report for you and you may edit its content later as well.

Terms of  Offer:  Price is $210.   Of which, $100 down payment and the balance to be paid upon delivery.  This price includes free hosting for 3 months and priority support.   One or two field change/removal for the Title Data Input Form.   Subsequent hosting $15 a month.  You may also opt for a local copy that would not require hosting and Internet connection, this version costs $255.  If you have any questions or even concern please contact me.
