We are currently seeking a Title Examiner to process O&E orders.
Responsibilities for the Title Examiner position:
- Examines chain of Title for Residential properties
- Performs title examination of easy and/or moderate title orders requiring a moderate level of expertise.
- Examines the chain of title for orders of limited complexity.
- Prepares ownership and encumbrance reports.
Skills:
- Detail Oriented, Analytical Ability, Problem Solving, Customer Service Orientation.
- 1-3 years title/ related real estate.
Compensation:
- Negotiable fees based on experience.
- Possibility for performance bonuses.
- Work from home.
