So, let me know if I'm reading this right.

 Got an e-mail from this old client who hasn't been giving us much work for years, but one pops up occasionally.  They are introducing "...a new vendor platform called VIBe (Vendor Information Bridge).  In part, this decision was made after receiving valued feedback from our vendors about their experience with system errors and slowness of our vendor website."  I found THAT interesting considering I have never input anything into their website.

Anyway, just another vendor portal to deal with.  But wait...  get this:

"The regulatory fees that SBS has incurred have not impacted our fee structure to this point, however, with the added technology and benefits of VIBe, there will be a MINIMAL TRANSACTIONAL FEE ASSOCIATED WITH EACH ORDER TO OUR VENDORS."  (emphasis mine).

So now they are charging US to pay for THEIR technology (which I won't use anyway)?  I don't think so...
