As an abstractor or title researcher you do your title search/research and then create title reports day in and day out. If I'm not mistaken and if you're independent, the business seems to bog down to three essentials (feel free to correct me if I'm off).
1) Getting business (since you've been doing this for a while probably your business is stable)...
2) Doing the REAL title search/research work (again since you've been doing this for a while you are pretty good at it)
3) Turn your work into title reports
Many of you use Word templates for the above #3, and you're sort of used to it... now I'm not saying it's a problem. What I'm suggesting is, consider my Title Report tool, which will SAVE you time, and you could use the saved time to get more businesses... thus, making more money.
