is anyone else having trouble with competition from their County Recorders/Registrar's.. ours are now charging more than we do for abstracting services.. and THEY ARE A NON-PROFIT??? .. Minnesota is getting out of hand.. with this?  and they have no liability for posting errors and recording errors.. why are they a non-profit? when they are a direct competition?
