We are looking for a detail-oriented Title Coordinator to support our office in Cleveland. We want someone that can be responsible for a number of different title and administrative job duties that will support the office such as:
- Handle incoming calls via call group - Manage incoming correspondence via Outlook Folders from customers and vendors - Timely fulfillment of customer requests via e-mail, telephone, workflow, etc. - Coordination and confirmation of order placement, due date, ETA and accuracy - Timely updates to existing inventory in TEN/ELS/FAST daily; often multi follow up same day - Maintaining and developing client/vendor relationships - Evaluate and process files for delivery to client - Escalate complex issues to supervisor as needed - Various duties as delegated by Team Lead or Supervisor |
A successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required - 3 years Title experience - 40 – 45 wpm (60+ preferred) - Intermediate MS Outlook - Mid-level MS Excel - Mid-level MS Word - Mid-level internet research - Adaptability / Willingness to learn - Must be able to effectively multi-task in multiple applications - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Experienced in handling difficult conversations, with ability to negotiate - Displays high degree of urgency and accountability - Ability to problem-solve and identify root cause issues - Experience with Data Trace / Data Tree preferred but not required - College Degree preferred but not required |
