Since you are physically able to research at the Fairfield, Connecticut, Town Hall, you should advertise that you are in Connecticut. This way attorneys and firms will know that you perform "feet-in-the-door" title searches, which include the title records that aren't included the online indexes. Also, important for them to know that you will be face-to-face talking with the Clerk, Assessor, Tax Collector and Building Officials when performing your search.
Not a criticism, just to point out that in a state with 169 independent towns to search where all the title records are not online (intentionally by many towns), it is good marketing to show that you know each individual town's quirks.
