NON PAYER!!! 

I was asked to update a search to a full so I only quoted $75.00 plus copies.  It was also out of town for me  - 123 miles.  Turns out they only provided a copy of a deed and a mortgage.  This doesn't exactly qualify as a  Prior Search or Adverse Sheets, right?  My fee should have been $150.00 for a full search.  After I turned in the search, I was requested to make more copies.  I certainly wasn't going to drive 123 miles to make copies so I contracted another searcher to make the copies.  I had to advance money of $25 to another searcher to make the copies.  Everything was turned in and to-date I've never been paid. I have sent numerous bills and received two emails one of which says: 

Sorry, your payment have been missed out by our team, Sorry for 
inconvenience caused, Please let me know if we can either pay by CC 
immediately.Will send you check by first hour tomorrow morning. 
 
Sorry for inconvenience, apologies for delay. 

Whomever writes these emails apparently doesn't either speak or write English very well.
