Hello,

I meant to make this post some time ago, it just slipped my mind.  Scott and I were discussing his account.  It seems like he's somewhat in the same boat a lot of us are in.  My company did his work for a number of years, whenever he said he was making a payment he did.  His word was always good with us.  My apologies if I came across of accusing you of being a "habitual non-payer"  That was not the intention, nor has it been the case. 

Thank You Scott for the payment, you promised payment and it came.
