Source of Title Forums: PNA Title Services ???

What is up with all the overseas companies all of a sudden? There have always been a few asking for fees lists, but these past two weeks have been brutal.

Received a fee/counties request from PNA that shows: PNA Title Services LLC, 201 Possum Park Road Suite 6, Newark, DE, 302.265.1245. He states "I have received your email from one of the customers." Hm.

Going to the website, the wording is the usual fluff and nonsense. There are subtle grammar errors that none of us would make. There is NO contact information. You can only "send a message."

Checking with the Delaware business entity site, it says that PNA was registered in November 2016 while their website says they have been in business for 10 years.

The web address was secured by GoDaddy in October last year.

I REALLY hate being lied to. Does anyone have anything to add?
