We are currently seeking a Title Examiner to process O&E orders.

Responsibilities for the Title Examiner position:
Examines chain of Title for Residential properties
Performs title examination of easy and/or moderate title orders requiring a moderate level of expertise.
Examines the chain of title for orders of limited complexity.
Prepares ownership and encumbrance reports.

Skills:
Detail Oriented, Analytical Ability, Problem Solving, Customer Service Orientation.
1-3 years title/ related real estate.
Compensation:

Negotiable salary or search fees based on experience.
Performance bonuses paid quarterly.
