Does anyone know anything about INET  Business  Solutions  out of Albany, NY?  They sent out a blanket email last week looking for title researchers.  The contact  given  is a  Dean Cote.  Their  website ( which is very general ) is www.inetbs.com.  I know  six people  who got the email. 

Of course they ask  for my rates which translates  to:  How little will you  work for.

Are they worth  signing up with?  How long do you wait to get paid?  Do they  pay ?
