Hi, all - Just a heads-up that you'll see a few emails from us over the next week. We're preparing to release our new system, including a new vendor portal, next weekend so our active partners should get a notification email with links to training material and FAQs as well as a portal notification email with a link to the new portal and initial log-in information.
As with any build of this size, we didn't get everything we wanted in the first iteration and we appreciate any feedback you have for us on the new order forms and the portal itself. Our network of abstractor partners is extremely important to us and I promise that we'll continue to prioritize features and enhancements that will make your job easier. Also, I apologize for the inconvenience of having to log in to two sites. This is definitely temporary - we have three releases scheduled in April and by the end of the month all orders will be on the new site.
As always, we appreciate everything you do for us and huge thank you to those of you that have been helping us with testing and providing invaluable feedback and suggestions! If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to reach out to your specific Rep, Dave or I.
