I filled out the paper work in the District Court of Rockingham County (a fee is required). An official copy, with the court time and date, is on the form.  It is up to me to get a copy delivered  to the delinquent payer; as well as, a copy is hand delivered by a policeman from the court jurisdiction in which his business resides.
