Does anyone know  if Ohio Valley  really has projects  or are they just collecting resumes in hopes  of having  people if and when they do?  I've communicated  with  four people who all  tell me its been  over two  weeks and  they  have heard nothing,  or that their resume is  still under review.  Sounds like a put off to me.   Larry
