Over the last year, Chasteen Land & Title, LLC focused on building a team and reporting system that is able to handle larger and more complex projects. Given our background in Oil and Gas, we have extensive experience in both areas and want to see our company grow in this direction.

It is this background that truly sets us apart. We have the skill and knowledge needed to organize and complete larger searches, as well as the experience to resolve difficult title issues. So, for example, we have worked on railyards in Vigo County, but have also ran patent to present searches on business towers in the Dallas/Fort Worth area of Texas.

Though we enjoy and want to handle all commercial work, the challenges of multi-parcel/multi-county searches interest us especially. We are interested in projects in Indiana especially, but would also be interested in projects in Illinois as well. We are already doing work for some clients in that state.
