I have received an email from an office of Land Services USA (the office in Stone Mountain, GA) regarding 50 year commercial searches.  Anyone have any information?  I ran a search here and found lots of negative information on an "REO Land Services" in Pittsburgh and this company also is based in PA with, according to their web site, corporate offices in Philadelphia and offices all over the state (one being in Pittsburgh) and several other states.  Nothing found on Abstractor Watchdog.  I'm not interested in being burned, especially on commercial searches of that magnitude.  If its the same company, does anyone have updated information?  Thanks in advance for any information!  Merry Christmas to everyone!
