So, we have now received 5 emails from various people claiming to be sending us "settlement & closing documents".  The latest is supposedly from a Nancy Miller from HRII, Inc and claims to be a member of the Chicago Title Sapphire Club.  I don't know what that is, we're abstractors.  We don't do closings or settlements.  But, the one today from Ms Miller is sneaky, she sent the attachment as a pdf doc which opens up to a Google Docs link.  Which looks legit...until you notice that the bottom states that due to the rising "Phising scams" in real estate, we've redesigned the log in page and that "with your support we can all end this wild fire."   Be careful where you click!
