Does anyone have a list, or is there a list posted somewhere of the name of overseas companies and or abstractors that are doing title work from their location overseas by accessing the county records in the United States?  How is a mortgage company to know if the title company they are using, is using overseas or local abstractors?  It's been my experience that the title companies wont give out this info, so maybe the bank does not know the work is not being done locally.
