Last December while so many were on vacation, I started to see a rash of "problem" orders that I had seen at least twice before over the course of the year from other companies to search, looking for root deeds into inner-family conveyances. in excess of 40 years.  Luckily, I had a list of them set off to the side before I tried to re-invent the wheel.  As slow as it is right now for so many, it might be a good idea to start that trend for 2018.  Some of those records don't even show up here in Florida anymore.  From the time I saw it the first time, until December, I can only imagine that file had been bounced all over the place.
