Hi All,

I word of caution....   my company provided bulk work for American Core Title.  They paid us a small portion a month after I responded to another Abstractor who posted on Source of Title that he had NOT BEEN PAID.   Although this is not how I prefer to handle business, I do want to make sure the Abstracting community knows that they owe our company over $3,000 and it has been over TWO MONTHS since we completed the work.  The work cost us a lot to do.  They  promised to pay and I even spoke to one of the "owners" (referred to himself as Alwin).  Alwin said they were waiting for their client to pay them and he was confident it would be mid to late February when we would receive FULL PAYMENT. Well once again, I have called several times, left messages, and have NOT RECEIVED A CALL BACK!  This company clearly is not one to work for.  PLEASE TAKE CAUTION WHEN RECEIVING ANY WORK FROM THEM!    I will update if they do pay in the next day or two.  Not looking too promising though.
