I have family in North Carolina that's house hunting and looking to buy a house in New Hanover County.  They are looking at two foreclosed properties and are in need of title searches.  Can anyone recommend a title company that wont charge them an arm and leg for a couple of searches? And any idea what the fee would be?  I don't have all the details yet, just trying to give them an idea of what a search would cost and who they should contact when they're ready to take that step.
