JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Perform filing services to complete residential & commercial real estate title transactions in Cuyahoga County offices
· Perform basic and limited title examination, as required
· Coordinate document receipt with couriers and clients, and return filed documents as needed
· Communicate with clients to resolve any potential filing issues
· Assist Title Examiners with issues at County level
· Retrieve and file documents in Cuyahoga courts (Probate, Common Pleas)
· Proficiency in computer use including Microsoft Word, Outlook, web browsers
· Ability to effectively multi-task and develop efficient organizational systems
· Excellent interpersonal communication & critical thinking skills
· Ability to adapt to a fast paced work environment as needed
· Ability to frequently walk to various County buildings
· Exercise discretion & confidentiality with filings
EDUCATION & LICENSURE
· High School Diploma required
· Title experience preferred, but not required
