I would  like to see those  who  are looking for  title researchers

post that they  require  E and O  Insurance  in their ad as well as

the  amount. .  Too  many times  that is not revealed  until you get

the "vendor packet,"  or even later.  In networking  with others this

seems to be a common complaint.
