This is Capstone Title Services, LLC located in West Virginia.  They are into me for $270.  The last order I received from them was in May of this year.  Since then their phone number's are not in service.  Luckily, the contact info on the last order provided my with Jesse Johnson's name and phone number.  Once I contacted him he told us that he used to work for them, but doesn't anymore.  He says that the business is closed and doesn't know who to contact for payment.  After hanging up I searched for contact info listed with the Secretary of State's office of West Virginia.  He is listed as organizer and managing member of the LLC.  I also noticed that his business is not registered with our Secretary of State's Office to do business in our state.  In my opinion he is a crook and a scammer.  If Capstone Title Services, LLC located in West Virginia is truly out of business...great.  If you are contacted by Capstone or Jesse please proceed with extreme caution as they DO NOT intend on paying for your services.  Jessie, if you read this....please do not open another business.  Your practices are not good.  to post a reply: login - or - register
