Has anyone considered a class action suit against the owners of Global/TitlePrep? Andrew Veliuona is or was a co-founder. I, for one, have been ripped off for $8,100 which I was told bluntly in an email would not be paid. After that, no communication.

 The data I have is that they were spending income from clients on county clubs, etc and not paying abstractors. Not saying this is true but the source is trustworthy. From the little research I've done, Andrew does indeed look to be a social butterfly and do-gooder. You can check it out yourself.

The other owner is Doug, don't have his last name handy.

I want to add that Ben and Kathleen are truly good people and I'm very pleased they now have their own title company, Veracity Research and they pay people on time.
