Hi all. I will no longer be an active title abstractor (Virginia) as of the end of this month and am having a hard time figuring out how many years of tail end insurance (if any) to obtain. If abstractors aren't required to have E&O in Virginia, should I get it, at all? Thank you for any help and/or references to good help!
