Title Desk Coordinator needed in Mobile Alabama.  Laid back residence office overlooking beautiful back yard with tons of windows.  Shorts and flip flops are our general attire.  We are smokers and have an office cat.  Need someone who might want to relocate to our area of beautiful sandy white beaches 60 minutes away.  Low cost of living.  Beautiful oak tree lined city with a New Orleans style downtown and easy to navigate town feel. This is a big opportunity as the owners are getting too old to run the company for many more years and could provide an opportunity to own a percentage in the business in the future.  Unfortunately no insurance.  Computer knowledge is a must, Excel and Outlook are most important.  Our situation would be best for a female.  Not interested in someone who has owned their own title company, just someone who has worked a title desk and knows how to keep customers with strong customer service and pampering.  And any abstracting knowledge is a real asset.We have been in business 16 years.
