Source of Title Forums: Updates/Bringdowns

Just curious as to how many abstractors accept update orders from a client that gave the original current owner search to someone else. I have one client that insisted I perform an update from a couple of months back, yet would not even share the results of the initial current owner search for me to work off of.

Any thoughts?
