Frank DiVittorio with Chehardy, Sherman, Ellis, Murray, Recile, Griffith, Stakelum, & Hayes, LLP requested a commercial abstract back in April this year. This abstract took a couple of days of our time and was quite involved.
I have tried at least a dozen times contacting him and others at the firm, along with sending out monthly notices to collect. No one will return our calls or even reply to our emails.
It is now November 2nd, and still no progress after trying to call again yesterday.
I think it's a shame when attorney's take advantage of people or other businesses when they are supposed to protect them from such.
