Susan,

As I stated on the email, every search request we send out has instructions on it that clearly states ""**If this search becomes commercial, changes counties, or becomes more the type of search requested, or is has open or satisfied MTG in excess of $750,000, please contact the office for further instructions. Failure to contact the office for approval may result in reduced payment. "

 You said on the email to April that it was complicated..never did you say it was commercial or that you need more money.  If you would have asked for more money, we would have placed the order on hold and requested fee approval from our client.  It is not Norman Dasinger's or April Hunt's or my fault that you failed to pay attention to the instructions.   Also, you failed to follow the instructions where we asked for the deed copy only and charged us over $100 in copies.  Again, your fault for not following the instructions. 

We are happy to pay our vendors for the work they do but if you don't follow our instructions, then you have to eat the fee.  I'm sorry that you do not realize this.
