Hi, so this is a post where I'm not looking for any new jobs.  I just wanted to say over the year what a wonderful experience it has been working around and in conjunction with title companies and abstractors in both North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia.  We probably stay up later than anyone else in the world and work the hardest (with the exception of some attorneys I know).  Instead of a feeling of competition I have experienced brotherhood, compassion, kindness and cheerful camaraderie.  Yes, there is some competition but the feeling that we are all in the same boat, that we pretty much all work super hard for what we get and that we have a respect for the integrity of clear title.

So not looking for new clients (though I love seeing new orders from new clients in my mailbox) but just taking a moment to be grateful to my friends, fellow abstractors, and to this forum for providing a place to vent, to connect, and to be thankful.

~ Naomi Backes
