UPDATE TO MY PREVIOUS INQUIRY RE: PROGRESSIVE TITLE SERVICES: 

I received a check yesterday from Charlene Henry in the amount of $772.31 for payment of the November and December work I completed for her.  This was short paid by 50 cents, however I was willing to overlook that amount until I called her bank this morning to verify funds and was told I could not deposit the check at this time due to insufficient funds.

I have attempted to reach Charlene Henry this morning and left a message on her voice mail as well as sent her an email but have yet to receive a response to either.  Charlene Henry was very upset with me when she found out I had responded to a post on this site about her and her company asking for information and explaining my situation.  She wanted to make sure I would make a post once I had received the check she was mailing me that day.  I agreed and since I have confirmed with her bank that the check she wrote me is no good, I am posting that information as well. 

Currently I am owed nearly $1400 for November, December 2018 and January 2019.
