BEWARE***BEWARE***BEWARE***

Pristine Title does not pay timely. As of today, we have several unpaid searches which are over 90 days since service was provided. They have paid on some in the past but EVERY SINGLE TIME we had to chase payment until we stopped working for them. Now the balances remaining go unpaid and without response to calls or emails.

Anyone else have a problem with this company?
