Is anyone else tired of paying for so many copies which are requested and then being questioned why the copy fee is so high??? Copies aren't free! Oh and my favorite request...let's do a flat fee! Oh ok...I'll risk a$200 copy fee on your crappy Smith search, but I'll only charge $50. That is excellent business sense and very beneficial for my bank account! UGH! Sorry!!!! Needed to vent!
