First of all, nobody should have to wait 2 or 3 months to be paid for their services, especially when copies have to be paid for by the Abstractor and sometimes they want copies of everything including mortgages and chain of titles. I usually have to wait sometimes 3 months to get paid by them, and its only because I hav e t continue to harass them for payment, and then it usually takes a few weeks to receive my money. I may be wrong , but this is unacceptable to me.
