These are for nationwide lender. They have all type of requirements like refinance, sale, REO, foreclosure, taxes and assignment. The reason I don't want to disclose the firm name because I don't want to block my time for negotiation emails and meetings unless people meet my requirements. I am looking for abstractors who can provide searches for low cost.  This is my major requirement. Due to my busy schedules I would have not responded to few emails, but I will respond to everyone.
