Clear to Close Financial Services needs local abstractors in many states.  We are not looking for vendor managers unless you can guarantee good turn times and pricing.  We have a large team that handles the electronic counties so we're really not looking for that either.  If you visit the courthouses, etc then we'd like to speak with you.  We pay everyone in a timely manner and are loyal to our abstractor partners.  We do not advertise, we do not have a website and we are relatively unknown...we like it that way.   We are not an offshore company.  Also, it's a big plus if you handle Cell Tower Searches.   So if interested, send an email to mr@cleartoclose.info with your coverage and best fees and we will get back to you soon.
