***Search from last Warranty Deed for consideration (third party transfer) forward OR, if no
Warranty Deed for consideration is recorded, search back at least 10 years. A longer
search may be required if no recorded deed is found in said 10 year period. WE ONLY
REQUIRE THE DEED COPY ON ALL CURRENT OWNER SEARCH ORDERS.
