I have been working as an independent contractor running title, curing title and reporting on title defects.for oil and gas industry projects. I would like to transition out of that industry. 

I see posts asking for fees and coverage. I understand coverage but do not know what the fees or the breakdown of fees is. Oil and gas pays a day rate. Can anyone help me with what general title fees are or point me in the right direction? 

Im not looking for amyone to tell me what i should charge, rather what i am charging for, if that makes sense.  

Any information is appreciated.
